Coloured, he's a scientist, I'll spoil it, XD hope not to be too much, he works at Area 51 for now and for long's been working there, let's see if he keeps that face, lmao xD hope so, it bothers me the fact that he looks a lot like "Scar's" brother, from FMA >.<!
